General Terms and Conditions of the achelos GmbH

Dear Customers,

As a member of the high-tech association Bitkom, we use the general terms and conditions for the digital economy.

The products and services of achelos GmbH are only executed on the basis of the Bitkom AGBs version 3.0, in the Bitkom version of achelos edition of February 4, 2022. These terms and conditions are based on the recommendations of the Federal Association for Information Management, Telecommunications and New Media (Bitkom).

With these rules we create a solid legal basis for fair cooperation for our customers.

You can use the links below to get access and view the current terms and conditions. The English version is our own translation of the General Contractual Terms and Conditions of Bitkom. The original German version shall take precedence over its English translation in the event of any discrepancies.
